Welcome to servsus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the servsus website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile. You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities on the platform. You must comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations and our community guidelines.
The Founding Provider Program is a promotional offer for the first 1000 users who register and are approved by ServsUs. The terms of this program, including any lifetime discounts, are contingent upon maintaining an active, paid subscription and adhering to all community guidelines and these Terms. ServsUs reserves the right to revoke Founding Member status for any violation of these Terms.
Account Deletion Policy: Founding Provider benefits, including lifetime discounts and founding member badges, are permanently tied to your account. If you delete your account, these benefits cannot be recovered, restored, or transferred to a new account under any circumstances.
Certain services on the platform require a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you through your account dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
You retain ownership of any content you post or upload to the platform, such as profile information and reviews. By posting content, you grant servsus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and promote your content in connection with our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.
The servsus platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, servsus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform, servsus, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New South Wales.
